Current B2C Projects

Our immediate focus is getting as many regional small businesses and community organisations online as possible!

After navigating the uncertainty of 2020 onwards, our mission is to ensure SBOs and community leaders have clear communication channels with their potential customers, as well as a platform that can support their business online no matter what curveballs some their way.

industry-specific DIY Website packages

Squarespace is a brilliant tool that you can hit the ground running with. But for many time-poor small business owners, there is still a lot of ‘figuring out’ to do!

We want to build DIY training programs targeted at specific industries that show them how to set up the EXACT website that meets their needs as a business. This will allow them to create a website from start to finish - giving them a solid understanding of the platform along the way - without the hit and miss of flying solo.

DIY Website packages for Community Sport

Community Sport is essential to the health and wellbeing of our children. Sporting organisations are also often at the social heart of the regional towns, raising money for worthy causes and bringing everyone together.

Many of these organisations lack the funding and knowledge to channel into online platforms, often leaving their volunteers overwhelmed and frustrated, and as a result registration numbers suffer, threatening to close these invaluable clubs.

Similarly to small businesses, we want to provide tailored website solutions to community sporting organisations to not only enable easier promotion of their clubs, but reduce the admin load for those invaluable volunteers keeping these Clubs alive.

Self-Guided option for automated marketing service

We’re currently working on a self-paced program, Marketing on Autopilot. This is aimed at teaching small business owners and community leaders how to make their websites work hard for their enterprise.

By using a self-paced model, this will allow us to offer this service 24/7 at an incredibly affordable price, further meeting the needs of budget-conscious small business owners and community organisation leaders.

Who Gives A Crap

We’re always looking for sustainable, conscious ways to source our operational products. Who Gives A Crap are ingenious providers of a subscription toilet paper service who donate 50% of their profits to help build toilets and improve sanitation in the developing world. And their marketing is brilliant - we can totally appreciate that! We’ll be supporting their work for years to come.

Future B2C Projects

Looking ahead, we want to find even more ways to educate and empower the entrepreneurs of regional and rural Australia. If you would like to collaborate or invest in one of the projects below to help make our vision a reality, be sure to contact us.

Our own independent website building platform

Squarespace is a fantastic tool that has been good to us for many years. But we have a vision for a tool that combines our philosophies on industry-specific templates and sales funnel principles.

Not only that, we intend to conduct research on how websites can be hosted locally and securely inside individual businesses. This would allow them to get local technical support when needed, as well as ensure their website is 100% in their control.

Our own marketing strategy plaform

We have a range of smart tools we utilise for creating marketing plans for small business. In the future, our aim is to develop a tool that combines all the elements we use most into a single, simple user interface specially designed for clients just like ours.

Developing a marketing membership

For those SBOs that graduate through our services, we want to create a fulfilling and affordable membership experience for ongoing marketing ideas, support and accountability. We want to provide a centralised place for strategy sessions, collaborating and cross-promoting. This would bring all of the elements that make strong business communities into an online hub.

Young entrepreneur mentorship programs

We want to work with regional primary & high schools to implement programs and workshops that light the entrepreneurial fire in the next generation. But in a sustainable way that counteracts all the false success seen online. For younger children, we want to promote the lateral & critical thinking skills essential for successful business. And for older students, we want to empower them as up-and-coming business owners to identify passions, shaping them into viable business opportunities, and then seeking out local mentors for collaboration.

Biz & babies mentorship programs

We want to help stay-at-home parents identify viable business opportunities, allowing them to continue to bring in an income whilst staying connected with their growing families. After years of division and fear, our mission is to strengthen the relationships within the family home as well as the broader community; to us, sustainable small business is the vehicle to make this achievable.
